I don't belong to this category, the tool I used to create the Aria Giovanni wallpapers is Magic ASCII Picture. You can download it here. The shareware version converts only to HTML, the registered version also to RTF and BMP.

One golden rule: use small pictures to convert in order to avoid too large output files. The input pictures I used were only 95 x 145 pixels.
